Carambola Bungalow is a truly unique accommodation in Phong Nha, Vietnam. Nestled amongst rice paddy fields and our adjacent organic farm, our homestay offers guests a unique cultural experience while enjoying western comforts. Enjoy our farm sourced organic meals (season permitting, see below) while watching farmers tend to their crops and water buffalo graze nearby.

Jungle Boss Homestay is conveniently located between Phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park and the center of Phong Nha town offering a perfect getaway to relax after your activities in the National Park, such as one of our world class jungle treks and cave tours.

We offer 2 accommodations on location with different options of Family Bungalow, Family Room and Double Room – free breakfast, free bicycles and swimming pool included. Optional Vietnamese style dinner (veg options available) with many ingredients sourced from our organic farm will be provided if requested. Included in our expansion is the development of a swimming pool for our guests.

If you need to get into town you can take the eco-friendly option and take one of our bicycles along the lovely 3km riverside ride, or our lovely hostess Huyen (sounds like who-en) can arrange for a motorbike drop off or taxi pickup. Huyen can help you with any questions you may have about what to do in Phong Nha, how to get to Hanoi, Hue, Dong Hoi or any location. She will also happily arrange for any of your needs.

During our family style breakfasts and dinners you will have the opportunity to socialize with other travelers in a relaxing environment, talk life, and learn more about local culture from our friendly staff.
